Dez Carter, Toni Vega, and Bri Osei met working beauty counters in Los Angeles: three women selling glamour by day in rooms where rich men talked down to them by night. Their shared education is the gap between how they look and how they hit. The trio's founding doctrine is a warning label: sweet face, foul mouth, and pretty was never the same thing as polite. They split everything three ways on paper: the bag, the lease, the power. The gilding is real gold; so are the knuckles under it.
